$150/ hour

One-hour minimum. Additional time billed in 15-minute increments.

  • Review of estimates, inspections, and service recommendations
  • Perspective on what is urgent, what can wait, and why
  • Discussion of consequences of delaying repairs
  • Maintenance and ownership guidance
  • No vehicle onboarding or ongoing commitment required

ADVOCACY

Automotive Representation

An experienced professional in your corner.

$449/ quarter, per vehicle

$250 one-time registration & onboarding, per vehicle

  • Personalized vehicle dossier and record maintenance
  • Proactive maintenance monitoring and service reminders
  • Direct communication with dealerships and repair facilities
  • Appointment scheduling and facility-provided loaner/valet coordination
  • Insurance-card coordination when required for loaners
  • Recommendation, estimate, warranty, and specialty-vendor coordination
  • Up to 2 hours of insurance claim advocacy per household/account, per quarter

Signed Release of Records Authorization required. No multi-vehicle subscription discount at this level.

Concierge

VIP Automotive Concierge

Personal attention. Expert oversight. Effortless ownership.

$799/ quarter — first vehicle
$699 / quarter — each additional vehicle

$250 one-time registration & onboarding, per vehicle

  • Everything included with Automotive Representation
  • Personally managed service experience from start to finish
  • Repair progress, revised recommendations, and changing estimates monitored
  • Final invoice review and service follow-through
  • Coordination across multiple facilities and specialty providers
  • One personally managed round-trip service visit per enrolled vehicle, per quarter
  • Up to 6 hours of insurance claim advocacy per household/account, per quarter

You remain the decision-maker—not the service manager.

Your vehicle is cared for. Your interests are represented. And your time remains your time.

Included advocacy time and VIP service transport allowances reset each quarter and do not accumulate. Third-party repair, parts, towing, storage, transport, tax, and vendor charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Automotive Counsel and Automotive Representation can be provided remotely and are available to clients regardless of location.

VIP Automotive Concierge includes hands-on coordination and vehicle-care services and is therefore limited to Boulder County and nearby surrounding areas.
