Steiner Automotive Concierge operates on a quarterly subscription basis, providing ongoing vehicle oversight, service coordination, documentation, and client advocacy.
Subscription fees cover professional time, expertise, availability, and administrative services. Third-party costs such as repairs, parts, towing, storage, and taxes are billed separately unless otherwise authorized.
Steiner Automotive Concierge, LLC maintains $1,000,000 in commercial insurance coverage, including liability and comprehensive protection, applicable while vehicles are under our care, custody, or control during authorized concierge coordination and transport activities.
Certificate of insurance available upon request.
Vehicles with an estimated value exceeding $150,000, including exotic, limited-production, or collector models, may require enhanced documentation and handling protocols.
Clients are asked to disclose any special instructions, vehicle sensitivities (PPF/ceramic, low-clearance aero), aftermarket modifications, or transport considerations prior to coordination. All services are provided under written authorization and subject to applicable insurance terms.
We evaluate and vet service recommendations from dealerships, manufacturers, and independent facilities based on service history, manufacturer guidance, and your goals.
We do not accept referral fees, commissions, or incentives from service providers. Final approval of any work remains with the client unless otherwise authorized in writing.
