A personal concierge relationship should come with clear expectations. From how your vehicle is handled to how recommendations are evaluated, Steiner Automotive Concierge is built around professional care, transparency, and your interests as the vehicle owner.
Automotive Representation and VIP Automotive Concierge are structured as quarterly service relationships, allowing me to become familiar with your vehicle, its history, and the way you use it—not simply step in when something goes wrong.
Your membership provides ongoing access to professional expertise, vehicle oversight, coordination, documentation, and advocacy according to your selected level of service.
Repairs, parts, towing, storage, taxes, and other third-party expenses remain separate and are always your responsibility unless specifically authorized otherwise.
For VIP services that include personally transporting or handling your vehicle, appropriate commercial coverage is maintained while the vehicle is in my direct care, custody, or control.
Coverage is currently maintained up to $500,000. Additional details or a certificate of insurance are available when relevant to your service relationship.
Some vehicles require a different level of care.
Exotic, collector, limited-production, modified, or otherwise specialized vehicles may require additional documentation or handling considerations before transport or direct vehicle care.
I ask clients to share anything that matters to the proper care of their vehicle—from paint protection film and ceramic coatings to low-clearance aerodynamic components, aftermarket modifications, special starting or operating procedures, or other transport considerations.
The goal is simple: before your vehicle is in my care, I want to understand how you expect it to be cared for.
Any special handling requirements are discussed and documented before the vehicle is placed in my care.
My role is to help you understand the recommendations being made for your vehicle and provide the context needed to make an informed decision.
I evaluate recommendations using available service history, manufacturer guidance, the condition and use of your vehicle, and your individual ownership goals.
Steiner Automotive Concierge does not accept referral fees, commissions, or incentives from dealerships, repair facilities, or service providers.
My responsibility is to you.
You always retain final approval over work performed on your vehicle unless you have specifically authorized otherwise in writing.
