Why I Started Steiner Automotive Concierge

After more than two decades in automotive service—from working directly with clients as a service advisor to leading the service department of a luxury German automotive dealership—I began to notice a recurring pattern: most vehicle owners aren't lacking information—they're lacking perspective.

In many service environments, advisors are expected to present every manufacturer recommendation, maintenance item, and available service. The problem isn't the advisor—it's that customers can be left with a long list and very little context around what truly needs attention now, what can reasonably wait, and what is simply preventative or elective.

Even more important, the consequence of waiting often isn't explained.

That's the part I always believed mattered most.

A recommendation should make sense in the context of your vehicle, how you use it, your ownership goals, and what actually happens if you choose to wait.

I created Steiner Automotive Concierge to provide that perspective.
